New Concept Food Waste Disposal Unit

WASTE FOOD HANDLING SYSTEM FOX/SBM 6 |
|
| General
Overview |
|
The main tank unit functions as a receptacle and intermediate storage
for the pumped-in waste. Where necessary, it also provides for microbial
treatment of the fats and starches. |
|
Around waste input stations, it is both desirable and necessary
for the wastes to be processed rapidly. |
|
| |
|
Conventional
PE tanks are being increasingly superseded by tubular tank units,
which combine a number of advantages. This means that the necessary
intermediate storage,i.e., the storage capacity of the tank unit,
has to be designed to meet these requirements.
This is why we offer a variety of systems for this area.?
tubular tank units for intermediate storage
PE storage tank units up to 1500 litres |
|
| |
|
| Because
they are bolted to the wall /bulkhead, they occupy only a small
amount of space and there is no need for on-floor installation,
which tends to create dirt and waste deposits. For most applications,
there is also no need for the waste to be reground before being
pumped out. The integrated sensor system supplies the necessary
information for the extraction of the waste mass and a flange-mounted
pressure pump charges the waste press. |
| |
|
| Where
necessary, the entire water output from a kitchen can be routed
through a PE tank unit. A larger number of comminution units can
be connected to such a system. Depending on the condition of the
waste, this unit can be equipped with a secondary grinding system
or a pressure pump, or both.A kitchen area may have several waste
input stations. The function of an input station is to break up
the waste which is deposited in the unit and prepare it for subsequent
de-watering. We supply waste input stations in a very wide range
of designs and performance ratings. |
|
|
 |
| The
performance ratings and size of the comminuting grinder to be
used depend on the volume of waste, the available space, the material
to be processed and individual customer requirements. Special
models with short flush-in channels can also be installed if required.
The organic waste processed in an input station is delivered by
means of pumps to the next area, the tank unit, where the charged
waste undergoes further processing. Properly installed input stations
are sealed by an odour seal or by the pump, so there are no unwanted
odours. The materials used are easy to clean and can also withstand
strong cleaning agents and concentrates. |
